Sunday School
WHCC has a lot to offer anyone who is seeking to learn — about the Bible, about the church, or anything concerning their faith. One of the best resources the church offers is Sunday School.
Now, you may think Sunday School is only for the young but nothing could be further from the truth. Each one of us is a work in progress and, no matter how old we are, we should all be seeking to learn more about God and God’s plan for humanity. It is how we grow in faith and grow in confidence to share that faith.
This church is blessed with members who willingly share their knowledge of scripture with anyone who is hungry for the Word. They will help even a beginner learn more about the Bible and how to apply it to our daily lives. We also have a women’s Sunday School class as well as a class for “young” adults and, of course, classes for all the kids. To those people who think they can't learn anything new in Sunday school, well, you might want to be at the front of the line when the doors open. But what if you visit all of these classes and still can’t find one that is right for you? Then how about starting a new class that addresses issues regarding faith that are not covered in the other classes? The bottom line is, Christianity is a continuing process in all our lives and Sunday School is a great way to learn about the faith, grow in the faith, and gain confidence to share the faith.
Sunday School starts at 9:15 and there’s always room for more.
